Dear Patriot Fans,

2010-2011...What a year it was!  Our debut into 4A was amazing.  JL Mann placed fourth overall in our first year as a 4A school.  We are so proud of our student-athletes and coaches for all of their successes.  We also welcomed a new Head Football Coach, Brian Strickland, to the Mann family.

This coming year, you will hear a lot about "1 MANN".  1 MANN signifies all of us working together to support one cause - JL Mann.  It's coming together of our entire Mann community to support all of our student-athletes, coaches, and sports teams to improve all aspects of the programs associated.

JL Mann High School ranked 4th overall in the race for the AD Cup for Class 4A this year with a total of 740 points.  Twenty two different sports are now in the accumulation of points to determine the most successful athletic program for the year in each classification in the membership of the South Carolina High School League.

WAY TO GO PATRIOTS!

Our Booster Club supports over 24 sports and 37 teams.  Competing at the highest level takes commitment from everyone.  With only $15,000 given to us by the school district, we cannot do it without you.

Over the summer we have been hard at work preparing for the upcoming seasons.  Fields are being cared for, the weight room is hopping, conditioning for many teams is underway, and your Booster Club is in motion.  We are all committed to making 2011-2012 an outstanding year for JL Mann athletics.

There are many ways you can help JL Mann Athletics.  Volunteer, Give, and Cheer on the Patriots!  It takes all of us supporting our student-athletes to JL Mann champions on and off the field.

1 MANN and 1 Team = 1 Goal

Let's do what it takes for our school and our student-athletes to compete at the highest level!

Please join us for two exciting events on August 20 that will go far toward these goals.  The Golf Tournament is the opportunity to join coaches, faculty, parents and supporters pf the Mann community to raise funds and awareness for the needs of the Mann Booster Club.

That evening, join us for the "Official 2011-2012 Kick-Off" for the school year, the football season, and the upcoming Booster Club year.  Meet the coaches, experience the needs of the various sports programs [as well as scool needs and plans], support the Mann community, and have some fun.
